The plan is £15 per month and yes you can cancel at any time.  You can cancel by visiting your ‘My Account Page’ and clicking on the cancel button.
We are sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with your payment. Unfortunately, we do not process payments manually, so if you could check your card details are correct including: Long number on the front expiry date 3 digit security number We do accept all Visa & Mastercard Credit/Debit cards. If you are sure all of your details are correct and are still experiencing an error, please feel free to contact our technical support team ( with the error code you are receiving and they will try their best to help you further. 
Unfortunately not. The payments work from the subscription date.
We are sorry to hear that you are yet to receive the email containing your log in information. However, please don't panic.  Usually, there is little or no delay from signing up to signing in for the first time but sometimes there are many transactions being processed at the same time. Thus, it can take up to 30 minutes for your account to activate fully, once the payment process is complete.   If you have waited the full 30 minutes we would like to suggest: Please check your spam/junk folder to see if it has accidentally ended up there as we may be an unrecognised sender in your mailbox. Could you have entered an incorrect email address when signing up? If so, please allow the recommended 30 minutes to be sure and if there is still nothing in your inbox from us, please contact our Support Team for help at If you could review these options first that may resolve the problem. A password reminder can be emailed to you by visiting the log in page of the website and clicking on ‘Forgot your password?’.
